( it is actually a whole lot, and what clarke's currently processing is probably only the surface. that's more than enough to be horrified at the prospect of his eyeballs essentially vibrating to jelly in his skull. like, explosive jelly. jelly that would then explode. it churns her stomach now; tomorrow she'll reread it and still be disturbed by jade's laissez faire attitude about the whole thing (like always).
